At Sleepy Bear, your satisfaction is important to us. Each of our products is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily offer a replacement or full refund.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and cover return shipping costs if necessary.
We Do Not Accept Change-of-Mind Returns
To maintain the highest level of hygiene and safety for our little customers, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size choice
- Preference for a different colour or style

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
