Returns Policy

At Sleepy Bear, we want every shopping experience with us to be a positive one. 
That is why we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also require an order number to be able to locate the original order.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item/s once you receive your order and contact us immediately if the item/s show defects, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take great care in making sure that each product is inspected for quality once received from our supplier, and again before we send a product out for an order. However, things can happen that are out of our control which is why we want to hear from you. We will need clear photos of any damage or issue you find with our product to speed up the replacement/refund experience, and to ensure you are eligible for either.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not provide "change of mind" refunds. We are happy to provide store credit to purchase an alternative item if the issue is size or colour.
As per the "Damages and issues" above, we will always make it right if you have received damaged or defective items. We do take great care in our Quality measures so we expect you to receive exactly what you ordered, in brand new condition.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
